Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! For new designs or don’t see what you’re looking for, just click on the "Request Custom Order" button on my shop's home page and listing pages.
I create only one of a kind boxes. I can create one similar to a box in my shop but once the shop boxes are sold, I will not replicate.
Processing Time and Shipping
Most items in my shop are ready within 1-2 weeks. Please see the items individually for processing time. The processing time for custom card boxes and party favor boxes is typically from 1-3 weeks as it depends on whether material and flower choices are available or need to be ordered. I do my best but sometimes delays in transit can occur. Please order early if you need it by a specific date.
What if I want to change or add something about a product I might like?
If you’re looking at one of my products but would like to change something about it, I can accommodate that. Simply hit the request custom order button or send me a message and let me know what you’re looking to do.
